Welcome Team SCA – who are the only women’s entry in this years grueling Volvo round the world ocean race.
We are pleased and proud that they have chosen to install a Gori 3-blade propeller on their boat … for the extremely low drag factor when sailing and the performance & reliability that the Gori propeller affords under power. A true safety factor should anything go wrong while down in the southern ocean during the race.
Over the past several days the team has been training out of Newport Harbor, our home town. Great excitement and the race has not even started yet. AB Marine wishes them all the very best for the race.
